What cards do we accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, American Express and Solo.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use Paypal as our payment mechanism to to assure you that our site is fully secure. This is demonstrated by the gold padlock shown on the screen. When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
On confirmation of the checkout procedure we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If the payment is authorised by your bank/card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken shortly afterwards. If for any reason we have a query with your order, we will get in touch as soon as possible to explain the problem. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you haven’t yet received an e-mail from us to let you know that your order has been dispatched, then it may be possible to change it. Please contact us straight away via email.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you via email to advise you of when this item can be expected. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order is submitted in order to allocate the stock to you.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us (we will let you know straight away). You will then be charged for resending the item(s). Should you enter the wrong address and your order doesn’t arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. To reduce the risk of this happening please enter your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us straight away via email.
If an order is returned to us as a result of either an incorrect address, refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by the delivery/postal service, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order.
Delivery within the UK is sent using Royal Mail (you should receive your goods within 7 working day).
Mainland Europe (EU) and the Rest of World
Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK, if your delivery address is outside of the UK please contact us via email
In accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations, if the goods are unsuitable or faulty when you receive them then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods via email or return them to us within 14 days. Please see returns process below.
If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging.
All returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. The items and their condition are your responsibility until we receive these returned products.
You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods.
If goods are uncollected and returned to us we will contact you by email. However, if you do not reply to us within 14 days your order will be returned to stock and no replacements or refunds will be issued. We are unable to process any queries relating to undelivered packages or missing items on orders placed over 30 days.
If customers provide the wrong delivery address we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Goods are returned to us at cost to the customer. However, we will replace goods free of charge.

Please include your order number with any item you want to return. It’s also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details and prices that appear on wonkyplanet.com are correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order in writing within 7 days of submitting your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
